DNNR TechAgreement
These terms apply to dnnr.us and to the apps published by DNNR Tech ("we", "us"), San Jose, California. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Some apps or app stores show additional terms; where they differ, those terms apply to that app.
Using our apps and website
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended purpose.
- Don't misuse them: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer them, and no content that infringes others' rights or is abusive.
- You keep ownership of content you create or share; you give us the permission needed to store and show it so the feature works.
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
Third-party services
Our apps and tools rely on services from other companies, such as Google, Apple, and Cloudflare, under their own terms. Where we use YouTube API Services (see Privacy Policy), the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.
Disclaimer and liability
Our apps and website are provided "as is". Information they show, including AI-generated results, may be incomplete or wrong, so please check anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. California law governs these terms, except where your local law gives you rights that can't be waived. Questions: [email protected].
